What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. also the item must be unworn and unused In the original condition you received it in original packaging and Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

How do I track my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping on orders over $45 and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.
2. Production and shipping times
How are your products made?
Our products are made using premium printing and embroidery methods designed for long-lasting quality and comfort. We use modern direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), and embroidery production depending on the product to deliver detailed designs and durable results.
Production uses high-quality equipment, eco-friendly water-based inks that are non-toxic and low odor, and careful quality checks throughout the process to ensure each order is printed, packed, and delivered with consistency and care.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times begin after production is completed.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.
Please note that shipping estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
3. What size should I order?
Our clothing generally fits true to size. For the best fit, please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Signing in your account
To sign in to your account, enter your email address on the Sign In screen. We will send you a 6-digit verification code to your inbox. Enter the code to access your account.
Changing Your Account Email Address
You can update your email address on the Account Information page. All order confirmations and email communications will be sent to your new email address.
Order status & history
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been produced and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
To track your order:
Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link.
Click the link to view real-time updates on your package.
You can also log in to your account and view your order status from the Order History page.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
What do my order statuses mean?
You can check your order status by logging in to your account and visiting your Order History page. Here is what each status means:
Order Submitted - "Placed"
Once you have placed your order on Sephora and your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Placed."
Order Received
We have received your order and payment. It is being sent to our fulfillment partner for production.
In Production
Your item is being printed and prepared by our fulfillment partner. This typically takes 2–7 business days.
Shipped
Your order has left the fulfillment facility. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivered
Your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Cancelled
Your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your order status has not updated in more than 7 business days, or if you have any concerns, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because our products are custom printed on demand, production begins shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, we have a very limited window to make changes or cancellations.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note:
- If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
- Changes to size, color, design, or shipping address may not be possible once production has begun.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us with your order number and the changes you need. You can reach us through our Contact page or by emailing us directly.
If your order arrives with an error on our part — such as the wrong item or a defect — we will make it right. Please see our Refund policy for details.
